SEALSQ’s purchase of the Swiss photonics company, which occurred before the August 4, 2026 announcement, immediately positions Miraex as SEALSQ’s dedicated quantum networking and interconnect subsidiary, demonstrating a deliberate strategy of acquiring specialized expertise rather than relying solely on internal development.
