New Amazon Web Services Center For Quantum Computing At Caltech To Open In Spring 2021

Back in December 2019, Amazon Web Services (The cloud arm of the retail tech giant) announced an important partnership with Caltech to establish the AWS Center for Quantum Computing which is due to open in spring 2021.

The center is co-ordinated by Oskar Painter and Fernando Brandão with the aim to development more powerful quantum technologies. AWS launched it cloud quantum computing service recently with a number of hardware partners.

You can read more on the Quantum AWS service (Braket) from Amazon here which allows users to run quantum circuits in the cloud on remote hardware.
