Rosende’s 63rd Readiness Division Command Experience
Maj. Gen. (Ret.) Alberto C. This extensive command experience, spanning California, Nevada, New Mexico, Arizona, Texas, Arkansas and Oklahoma, directly informs his new role at Quantum Cyber, where he will focus on completing the company’s Bridgeport, Connecticut manufacturing facility.
Rosende’s prior leadership included responsibility for equipment maintenance and human resources, skills now expected to address supply chain challenges in the production of autonomous drones. The scope of Rosende’s military career is reflected in the honors he received, including the Army Distinguished Service Medal, the Legion of Merit and the Bronze Star, demonstrating a commitment to operational excellence that Quantum Cyber intends to integrate into its manufacturing processes.
Beyond the 63rd Readiness Division, his experience extends to serving as Chief of Staff of the U.S, the company says. Army Reserve Command at Fort Bragg and Commanding General of the 1st Mission Support Command in Puerto Rico, providing a broad understanding of large-scale logistical operations.
Quantum Cyber specifically tasked Rosende with streamlining the inbound supply of materials, components and sub-assemblies for drone production, a critical step in establishing a vertically integrated, U.S.-based defense platform. “But we are also asking him to do something more specific,” Lazar continued, and Rosende himself expressed enthusiasm for the alignment between his experience and the company’s goals, stating, “I am honored to join the Board, and to help ensure that the Company’s Bridgeport manufacturing facility is delivered on schedule and that the materials, components, and sub-assemblies required to build Quantum Cyber’s autonomous drones flow reliably into that line.”.
General Rosende’s command experience sits exactly where our Company is scaling, at the intersection of facilities, logistics, maintenance, large-force readiness, and the industrial base that supports the warfighter.
