The Nasdaq-listed autonomous defense company secured exclusive worldwide rights to the technology through an Intellectual Property License Agreement with Project LightShift, Inc., dated June 11, 2026, and now seeks partners to advance the system for unmanned aerial systems. This call for applications follows the company’s progress toward steady-state drone production at its Bridgeport, Connecticut facility, marking a new phase in its development of resilient, frequency-agile communications.

The company specifies the application package requests a structured written response detailing technical capabilities, proposed work plans, budgetary pricing, and security protocols, indicating a thorough vetting process for potential partners. Interested organizations are directed to submit applications to qucy@arxhq. com, referencing EX-QPA-RFI-001 in the subject line to streamline the intake of proposals for efficient review. The company anticipates a prototype-development program encompassing feasibility assessment, design review, fabrication, testing, and delivery of at least one operating unit, with a preferred completion timeframe of six months.
Quantum Cyber’s manufacturing complex in Bridgeport, Connecticut, recently transitioned from acquisition to operation, completing its first mini-interceptor drone and advancing its 3D printing drone production farm, positioning the company to integrate the antenna prototype into a broader system-of-systems platform. The requested prototype aims to support resilient, frequency-agile communications for unmanned aerial systems operating in contested environments, addressing a critical need for secure communication in challenging operational scenarios.
Lazar further explained that the company is trying to solve one of the biggest obstacles on the battlefield today, building alternative technology for secure, reliable Global Positioning System (GPS) access, highlighting the strategic importance of the antenna’s development. The complete material stack, wavelengths, and performance targets remain proprietary and will be released only through a controlled technical package following agreement and export-control review, safeguarding the core intellectual property during the partnership process.
