Quantum X, a publicly traded company focused on quantum technology and artificial intelligence, is providing strategic advisory services to Ostium, a trading platform that uses borrowed capital, backed by over $27 million in venture capital from firms including General Catalyst, Jump Crypto and Susquehanna. Ostium’s recently introduced Gateway platform extends its infrastructure to professional market participants, exchanges, fintech companies and other financial service providers through API-based access to trading and hedging capabilities.
“We are pleased to collaborate with Ostium and support the company’s growth across global financial markets,” said Emil Assentato, Chief Executive Officer of Quantum X, adding that the platform “bridges traditional market access with stablecoin-based financial infrastructure.” The arrangement aligns Quantum X’s interests with increased trading activity on Ostium’s platform.
Ostium Platform Expansion via Quantum X Strategic Advisory Services
This collaboration is more than a financial investment. It’s a focused effort to accelerate Ostium’s expansion among professional traders, exchanges and fintech companies. This level of investment emphasises significant confidence in Ostium’s approach to stablecoin-based financial infrastructure, a system designed to connect traditional markets with digital trading. This move reflects Quantum X’s broader strategy of identifying and supporting innovative technologies within the financial technology ecosystem, particularly those focused on improving access to global markets.
We see significant opportunity to contribute through our strategic advisory capabilities, supporting Ostium’s commercial growth and the broader adoption of its trading infrastructure.
