KMT Technologies Ltd., a Matrix Group company, will act as the exclusive representative and distributor for Anyon Systems across a number of strategic international markets. This partnership unites Anyon Systems’ full-stack development of superconducting quantum computing systems, including in-house production of processors, cryogenics, and software, with Matrix Group’s expertise in high-performance computing, AI, and data centres.
Alireza Najafi-Yazdi, Founder and CEO of Anyon Systems, said that the future quantum computer will operate as an accelerator within a heterogeneous computing environment, alongside CPUs and GPUs. The companies aim to integrate quantum processing as a specialized component within existing computing infrastructure for governments, research institutions, and enterprises.
Anyon & Matrix Partnership Accelerates Quantum Computing International Deployment
Anyon Systems is developing quantum control electronics designed to connect its systems directly to GPU infrastructure using Remote Direct Memory Access, or RDMA. This architecture aims to establish a high-bandwidth, low-latency data path between quantum and classical computing resources, enabling tighter integration of quantum processing units with GPU-accelerated high-performance computing and artificial intelligence environments. The partnership with Matrix Group builds on Anyon’s existing deployments of superconducting quantum computers in Canada, including MonarQ, integrated into the country’s high-performance computing ecosystem.
Anyon will provide training and certification for KMT personnel, alongside continued advanced engineering and product support; this reflects the agreement designating KMT as both exclusive representative and authorised service provider. Yossi Vardi, Chief Business Officer of Anyon Systems, explained that customers increasingly want quantum computing to become part of their strategic computing infrastructure, deployed on premises, integrated with HPC and AI resources, and supported locally.
Matrix Group provides the commercial reach, engineering capability and delivery infrastructure required to bring successive generations of Anyon systems to customers internationally. The collaboration addresses a growing demand for on-premises quantum systems, particularly from governments and research institutions seeking to integrate quantum computing with existing infrastructure.
Matrix Group’s expertise encompasses high-performance computing, GPU infrastructure, high-performance networking, data centres, and complex systems integration, complementing Anyon’s full-stack development of quantum processors, cryogenic systems, and software.
