Abu Dhabi Maritime Academy, part of AD Ports Group, announced a research partnership with Quincus at Quantum Innovation Summit 2026. The collaboration will explore how quantum computing, artificial intelligence and high-performance computing could address challenges in maritime operations, transport logistics and mining. By starting with operational challenges across these three sectors, the partners can identify research questions and assess where advanced computing could improve industrial processes. This announcement builds on earlier initiatives, including the Blue Initiative connecting education, research and industry to advance maritime applications of quantum technologies and artificial intelligence.
