Quantum eMotion Corp. is acquiring all shares of SKV Technology Inc. to gain control of the SecureKey platform, a cybersecurity system delivered through software. This full acquisition combines SecureKey with QeM’s Sentry-Q platform, creating a “full-stack, quantum-resilient cybersecurity architecture” spanning multiple environments. The integrated system aims to eliminate persistent key exposure, a primary cause of cybersecurity breaches.
Sentry-Q and SecureKey Deliver Full-Stack Quantum-Resilient Security
SecureKey implements and accelerates Sentry-Q secure channels directly on devices, providing a software-based approach to hardware-grade security protections across cloud, network and embedded environments. This capability, developed by Jet Lab Technologies Inc. The platform’s design focuses on protecting cryptographic keys through hardened software controls integrated with existing hardware boundaries, preventing both extraction and tampering.
SecureKey also provides TLS/IPsec/VPN/session offload and acceleration, establishing end-to-end secure tunnels at the edge, within devices, system-on-chips, network interface controllers and controllers. The acquisition of SKV Technology Inc. by Quantum eMotion Corp. reflects the growing importance of key security; industry research consistently points to stolen keys and credentials as the leading entry point for attackers, and this architecture aims to mitigate that risk by engineering cryptography to eliminate persistent key storage and extraction.
This approach is coupled with government-level protection delivered in software, offering a deployable solution for cloud and edge environments without requiring proprietary hardware modules. The system’s design incorporates NIST-validated encryption components, with a defined path toward FIPS certification and government adoption. The combined Sentry-Q and SecureKey architecture is designed to deliver end-to-end quantum-safe security, spanning from cloud infrastructure to individual chips, and is driven by policy-based, point-to-point communication with enforcement anchored at the device boundary.
QeM’s Sentry-Q platform generates quantum random number generator-based entropy and master keys, while SecureKey enforces that trust at the execution boundary through hardened cryptographic software integrated with hardware environments, the company says. Together, Sentry-Q + SecureKey deliver full-stack quantum-resilient security, from QRNG-generated entropy to endpoint enforcement, dramatically reducing key exposure risks while accelerating post-quantum migration.” The integration also allows for rapid post-quantum cryptography migration through orchestration and firmware-level acceleration, offering immediate applicability across sectors including artificial intelligence data centers, energy systems, defense, industrial IoT, blockchain and critical infrastructure.
The acquisition expands QeM’s addressable market by adding deployable, revenue-ready cryptographic enforcement software to its existing foundation in quantum random number generation and entropy-based security. The acquired assets include a deployable cryptographic library, VPN and firewall implementations and drop-in integrations compatible with enterprise, cloud, and network platforms, all designed for smooth integration with QeM’s existing entropy and orchestration stack.
Jason Thomas, founder of SKV and Jet Lab, emphasized the platform’s focus on eliminating key exposure. “SecureKey was built to eliminate persistent key exposure and to bring hardware-grade protection into deployable software environments,” Thomas stated.
These payments are contingent upon achieving defined technical and integration milestones centered on realizing the combined Sentry-Q + SecureKey full-stack quantum-resilient security architecture, demonstrating a commitment to delivering a fully integrated and functional solution. The acquisition, classified as an arm’s length under TSX Venture Exchange policies, is expected to close on or about March 2, 2026, pending customary conditions and final TSXV acceptance.
Sentry-Q orchestrates quantum-grade entropy and security policy at the cloud layer. SecureKey enforces that trust at the execution boundary through hardened cryptographic software integrated with hardware environments. Together, Sentry-Q + SecureKey deliver full-stack quantum-resilient security – from QRNG-generated entropy to endpoint enforcement – dramatically reducing key exposure risks while accelerating post-quantum migration.
