Zurich Instruments has been collaborating with the Korea Research Institute of Standards and Science (KRISS) since 2022 on developing high-performance superconducting qubits and calibration technology. Jung Hyun Chul, CEO of Norma, emphasized that the partnership with Zurich Instruments will integrate Norma’s Q Platform software with Zurich Instruments’ Quantum Computing Control System, driving technological progress. This partnership leverages Norma’s expertise in developing the ‘Q Platform’ and Zurich Instruments’ advanced hardware and software solutions.

The MoU signed during the Quantum Korea event aims to create a talent pipeline of highly skilled individuals in South Korea, equipped with the skills necessary for successful careers in the quantum field. By utilizing Zurich Instruments’ cutting-edge measurement technologies, this collaboration will enrich students’ practical skills and advance quantum science research capabilities.
